1. We are looking at a HR executive who can contribute towards developing policies and help in recruitment of employees and interns.
2. Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
3. Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
4. Reviewing resumes and applications.
5. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
6. Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
7. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
We are into engineering education where we help engineering students develop their application skills to enable application of knowledge gained in college in Engineering and Energy.
