2. Candidate should be good in English written/spoken.
3. Candidate should be Honest, Modest, Hard Working and Eager to learn.

The candidate should carry out the following responsibilities:-
1. Recruiting and staffing logistics.
2. Performance management and improvement tracking systems.
3. Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping.
4. Assisting with employee relations.
The candidate will be trained in the following :-
1. MS Office, particularly with Excel (prior experience a plus)
2. Tally (prior experience a plus)
3. Time Management
4. HR policies/procedures
