1. Screening resumes, post jobs on websites and Referencing.
2. Screening the CVs on job portals like Monster, Naukri, Times Jobs.
3. Shortlisting the CVs and forwarding it to the client for further process.
4. Maintaining candidate database.
5. To be in direct contact with the client HR and co-ordinate the interviews.
6. Following up on candidate status and discussing offers to be made.
7. Giving call letters and arranging interviews with the clients.
8. End to end recruitment.
