Job Description

The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Managing clients as accounts, and maintaining healthy business relationships with them.

2. Assisting clients in drafting job descriptions, KRAs, etc. & providing them with expert opinions about market standards regarding various recruitment related queries.

3. Payment collection management.


The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. To plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end hiring/recruitment assignments.

2. Screening, short listing, taking telephone rounds, writing accurate feedback and following up with candidates.

3. Scheduling interviews, coordinating between candidates and clients, negotiating salary/remuneration packages.

4. Other than the traditional job portals, using Linkedin, Facebook, Google search, etc. including Head hunting.

5. Following processes and maintaining internal Database of candidates.
