Training and Development Coordinator
Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in the company.The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of
learning and development programs for staff at Suntek and the achievement of the
organisation’s training goals.

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1.Initiating and taking ownership of training coordination,
2.Mapping out training forecast for all clients coordinating with internal departments & external trainer to ensure that tasks are completed in time.
3.Analysing the unresolved issues and accordingly doing the required follow up to resolve the same.
4.Data gathering and analysis, maintaining the database and accordingly uploading the data in the system for reference.
5.Tracking and reporting on training outcomes; delivering reports effectively within the stipulated deadlines.
6.Handling logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
7.Post Training Feedback calling, to understand trainer deployment, candidate’s participation during the training program.
