3. Sourcing and uncovering candidates.
4. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.
5. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications.
6. Keep your candidates in the loop.
7. Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider.
8. Learn and evaluate your technical skills.
