The candidate should have the following requirements:-

3. Good IT knowledge.
The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. Assisting organizations in meeting their manpower requirement, through selection, Headhunting, Search and Advertising.
2. Understanding the client organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates,
3. Formulate overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment.
4. Developing a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and recommending them to the client.
5. Responsible to execute the assignments by screening the existing database, developing a research strategy and conducting thorough research.
6. Sourcing and talking to the relevant candidate base for each assignments till successful completion.
7. Responsible for capturing potential candidate base in the country and understanding & collating the movements and happenings in the industry segments.
