The HR Executive is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the operations and the services of the Human Resources Division including Talent Management & Recruiting, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Training/Education & Development, Wellness / Physical Therapy, Substance Abuse Testing / Compliance, Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management, HRIS, Office Services, Legal and Governmental compliance, and Budget areas of responsibility.
The candidate's responsibilities are:
1. Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
2. Sourcing, and Screening, Placing the right candidate as per the client's requirement.
3. Getting shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
4. Follow up with candidates till the final selection & joining.
