Job Description

1. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
2. Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company.
3. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem.


1. Advice and enable students to join the most appropriate teachers/classes and trouble shoot any problems they are facing.
2. Build relationships with teachers.
3. Dip-stick research with customers as when they happen, to gain marketing insights.
4. Process and analyze customer feed-back and suggest ways for continual improvement of the product.
5. Evolve into a revenue generation role by getting interested teachers to partner with Skillzot.
