Customer Service Representative (Intern)
1. Providing memorable customer support sets our company apart from our competition. But to make that happen, we have to build a customer support team that has the skills and temperament to effectively solve our customer's issues and positively represent our company, day after day.
2. We at Short of the Month serve filmmakers, who are busy with shoots and other stressful works. Keeping them happy and satisfied is our priority. If you share the same vision, send us your resume, we'll be happy to work with you.
3. You should have some knowledge on films, but it's not mandatory, you'll learn all about films during your internship. You should be patient and empathetic, leave the rest to us.
1. Respond to Customer support tickets.
2. Co-ordinate with other departments and find answers for customer's questions.
3. Monitor our Social Media channels and respond to customer queries.
4. Additional responsibilities will be assigned if we find you skilled enough.
