8. Graduate in any stream.


The candidate should carry out the following responsibilities:-
1. Gain thorough understanding of the product from a functional and business standpoint.

2. Be the first point of contact for all customers of Sell.

3. Create and maintain the FAQ list.

4. Log all tickets, requests in the support system.

5. Escalate critical, blocker items to management asap.

6. Resolve and close tickets in a timely manner.

7. Inform client of job done and take feedback where necessary.
