The candidate should fulfil the following requirements:-

1. Handling Outbound-Inbound calls.

2. Resolve customer queries.

3. Adhere to the login hours.

4. Develop strong customer relationships.

5. Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.

5. Fixed Salary+Incentives upto 20,000.
