The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
2. Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
3. Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Education Qualification :
1. Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA) & Post Graduates.
2. BE/B Tech Fresher(except CS/IT) with score up to 65% can apply.
3. Post graduate can apply except MBA/MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science) .
The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
B2B phone Call.
2. Analyze and process accounts.
3. Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
4. Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
