The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Graduation/Diploma. (BE/B.Techs strictly less than aggregate 60% only need to apply).
3. Should be willing to work in shifts or 24/7 environment.
4. Should be willing to work in a voice process.
The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
2. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
