Job Description:
1. Need to communicate with client regarding technical issue through Skype Support, Chat Support or Email Support for Windows, MAC.
2. Taking care of Networking Problem, Troubleshooting, Operating System, IP Address, Debugging, Desktop Support, Remote Support.
3. Need to solve the issues within prior time.
4. Need good analytical skills to provide swift diagnoses of problems.


Transport will be provided to Employee.
