Job Description

The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-

3. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

4. Able to promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.

5. Self Motivated, Detail-oriented and organized.


The candidate should carry out the following responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software for India Dell customers.

2. Perform Market research.

3. Handle public relations.

4. To assist a client selects premises.
