The candidate should carry out the following responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software for India Dell customers.
2. Perform Market research.
3. Handle public relations.
4. To assist a client selects premises.
