Job Description

1. Position requires the ability to engage in a consultative sales process, analyze account activity and international payment needs to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client.
2. Managing the sales cycle to include negotiation of terms, system setup and support.
3. Exceptional customer service.
4. Post-closing relationship management of client relationship.
5. Ability to work internally and with existing external partnerships to close new business.
6. Work closely with the dealing team to ensure seamless support for the client.
7. Development of account plans for key decision-makers to offer more appropriate solutions.
8. Drive and be responsible for revenue growth against specific portfolio targets
9. Responsible for the retention of their specific portfolio
10. Devise strategies based on detailed market analysis and make strategic recommendations to management.
11. Must be able to present and communicate plans effectively and clearly.
