Business Development (Sales) Intern
1. Field marketing consultants required for property management company. Should meet potential customers/NRIs and explain property service offering and generate new businesses. Initial training will be provided.
2. Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
3. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
4. Sales lead generation, basic computer skills, making presentations / client meetings, sales closings.
5. Daily leads/opportunities/sales entry and report generation.
6. Reporting to manager on daily basis.
Professionally trained property service consultants and visionary leadership team with highly educated, innovative, internationally experienced, motivated and mixed experience of 7+ years’ experience in apartment architecture design, construction, property investment, buying and selling property, flat lettings, maintenance and management experience and 15+ years’ experience in top corporate experience with international customers strategy consulting and CxO level management consulting. The team is well trained in property management business know-how to handle customer requirements.
