Business Development Manager (Female)- Real Estate
1. Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region.
2. Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build Homes at Hand as a flagship brand for Property Advisory Services in the respective region.
3. Responsible service delivery ensuring client retention and reference.
4. Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
5. Will be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas.
6. Developing and maintaining of database ®ular reporting &follow-ups.
7. Managing a team of BDEs and providing necessary training in order to enhance their competencies.
Should have knowledge of MS office (word and excel).
