Voice / Non-voice Process
The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Should have Internet skills.
2. Should be able to toggle between various tasks.
3. Should have investigating skills.
4. Fresher/ Experienced in BPOs (Back-office) / Voice Process.
5. Should have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
6. Should be flexible with shifts.
7. Must possess excellent keyboard skills and comfortable with understanding US accent.
8. Must also be tech savvy and should also possess decent computer skills.
9. Must be a team player and also should be target oriented.
10. Should have strong interpersonal skills, also should be open feedbacks and training.
11. Self motivated and a quick learner.
The candidate should fulfill the responsibilities assigned to him/her.
