Job Description

The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. HSC with minimum 6 months of experience and Graduate Freshers.

2. Excellent communication skills (English)

3. Should be open to work in US shifts.

4. Deliver efficient, effective, professional and courteous service to intermediaries and customers.


The candidate should fulfil the following job responsibilities:-
1. Talk to various clients.

2. Handle complaints and solve their problems.

3. Take feedback from customers.
