The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Qualification - HSC passed or Graduate,

2. Shift timing - For Girls candidate Normal Day Shift. For Boys Any Shift up to 10 P.M.

3. Good verbal communication skills.

4. Basic Knowledge of Computer Required.


The candidate should fulfil the following requirements:-
1. Handling Outbound-Inbound calls.

2. Resolve customer queries.

3. Adhere to the login hours.

4. Develop strong customer relationships.
