Job Description

1. Addressing Customer queries via voice process.
2. Resolving customer grievances.
3. Maintain knowledge of current policies and processes.
4. Follow up with customers and internal department wherever required.
5. To identify and escalate priority issues.
6. Providing Email chat support to customers as and when required.
7. Qualification : 10+2 or Graduate.
8. Experience : 6 months or fresher
9. It is purely a day shift with Sunday as fixed off.
