Customer Service Executive - Direct Walkin

GlobalEdx is Hiring Customer Support Executive for its Top BPO Client.
Eligibility :
Any Graduate (Expect 2015 BE/B.Tech/MCA)
Work Timings: Night Shifts
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday


1. Researching claims, Analyzing Information and Resolving claims.

2. Determining actions to be taken next.

3. Calling insurance providers to get more information.

4. Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts.

5. Advising clients on next steps.

6. Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients re-engineer processes.


Cab Facility: Point Pick up and Home Drop
