Job Description

We are looking for working professionals/students reporting to the Marketing Executive of the Company with the following work profile:
1. Receiving inbound calls from customers.
2. Outbound Calling or customer service experience.
3. Day to day contact with customers.
4. Handle customer complaints.
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
6. Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

Skills required:
1. Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
2. Proven track record in a sales environment.
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Computer literate and experience in database navigation.
5. Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting.
6. Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues.
7. Problem handling, Analyzing abilities, Confidence and Self-motivation.
8. Friendly personality and team player.
