Job Description

The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

2. Good customer service skills would be preferred.

3. Should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

4. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

5. Should be open to work in Night shifts.

6. Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible.


The candidate should fulfil the following job responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients.

2. Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
