These are the following requirements the candidate should have:-
1. International Customer Care process (Non Voice) - Language German

2. Should have studied German till B1 level/advance diploma/graduation in German

3. Comfortable to work in a 24x7 environment


The candidate should fulfill the following responsibilities:-
1. To resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat in German.
