2. Must have Good Communication skills.
3. Must be Energetic and Enthusiastic.

The candidate should fulfill the following responsibilities:-
1. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.

2. Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking and detailed account management.

3. Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.

4. Capturing and applying customer feedback.

5. No sales - only have to make calls and take the required information .
