Responsibilities

The candidate should fulfil the following job responsibilities:-
1. Troubleshooting personal electronic devices.

2. Technical capability to handle customer complaints.

3. Polite approach in handling irate customers.

4. Proficient in Robust multitasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously.

5. Sophisticated knowledge to deal with problems and solve them effectively.

6. Be customer service focused, able to deal with customers in friendly and polite manner.
